Because of a delayed handover of works of its new site and the obligation to handover the old one, Inseta utilized our offices expressly to solve the operating and representation problems. This choice has proved to be extremely advantageous since they saved penalty clauses relating to the delayed handover of the old site. This was because they could immediately install in our temporary offices, find desks already equipped with telephone line and adsl connection. Due to this they had no disruption in operability enterprise and in this way save both time and money.
Executive offices of Alleanza Toro Spa
Alleanza Toro Spa, installed their executive offices for their personnel in charge of the network for the region of Central Italy in our business centre.
Here they found offices completely managed by our team, where their employees do not have any secretarial tasks and can draw on the services of our qualified personnel.
Medical agenda
Some doctors use our personalised call answering service to organize their appointments with patients in their different health care centers.
Thanks to our on line software, they can verify their scheduled appointments at any time.
Handling CUP – Centro Unico Prenotazioni (Single booking centre) to make appointments with individuals and public institutes.
On behalf of the municipality of Cologno Monzese we worked as a contact center to organize the appointments to enroll children in summer camps.
Business Lounge
Our business lounge is used by managers and freelancers who pass through Prato for business.
Business men use our centre to download e-mails or work with wifi, since they consider the centre clutter free and more professional than a coffee shop or a restaurant, where they used to go before.
Film set location
Our rooms where chosen by the film director Fabrizio Manfredini to shoot some scenes of the movie “La Suite”.
In our business centre the executive office of the Director-General of Rai (the public national broadcaster), performed by Antonio Cabrini, was set. Rosaria Cannavò, Raffaello Tonon and Marco Predolin also took part in the movie.
Television set
Raffaello Tonon used our business lounge with Canale 5 for alive television broadcast by Barbara D’Urso “Pomeriggio 5”.
